A. Real Men Love Purely

   1. Regenerate heart

   2. Vibrant walk with Jesus

   3. Continually cultivated fear of the Lord

   4. Eliminate excuses

   5. Intentionally pursued affection for your spouse in your heart and with your body

   6. Continual awareness of and captivation of any inordinate affection towards a man or woman who is not your spouse

   7. Careful self-control in all areas of life

   8. Careful cultivation of humility in all areas of life

   9. Careful cultivation of thankfulness in all areas of life

   10. Carefully designed safeguards

B. Real Men Love Sacrificially

   1. They love the undesirable

   2. They love without reward

   3. They love without regret

   4. They love when it hurts
