        b. But on the basis of immortality

B. The Reasons for a New Priesthood (18-22)

    1. The old priesthood made nothing perfect (11)

    2. The new priesthood is better than the old (18-22)

        a. The old priesthood was weak and useless (18-19)

        b. The new priesthood brings a better hope (19)

        c. The new priesthood is more reliable (20-22)

        d. The new priesthood guarantees a better covenant (22)
