A. Definition of Mature Masculinity

Definition: To be maturely masculine is to understand and embrace the unique aspects and responsibilities of being specially created as a male in the image of God including: love and submission to God; leader and worker in culture; friend and co-laborer with men; empowering servant leader and protector with women; loving provider and servant leader as a husband; shepherd/leader and teacher in the church; loving, disciplinary nurturer as a father.
